The evening is cocktail or gala attire. We invite guests to dress to celebrate—suits, dresses, and evening wear are encouraged. Most importantly, come in whatever makes you feel confident and ready for a meaningful night in support of the American Cancer Society.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a hosted reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and raffles tickets available. Dinner and program will follow at 7:00 PM, including our mission moment and sponsor recognition. The paddle raise and live auction will begin around 8:00 PM, with dessert and continued celebration to follow.
The event will be primarily cashless for your convenience. Credit and debit cards will be accepted for auction purchases, donations, and games. Limited cash options may be available, but we encourage guests to plan on using a card or mobile payment.
Bidding will take place through our mobile bidding platform. Guests will receive instructions at check-in on how to register using their smartphone, view items, and place bids throughout the evening. Volunteers will be available to assist anyone who needs help getting started.
Yes! Donations are welcome before, during, and after the event. You may contribute through the event website, during the paddle raise, or at designated giving stations on event night. Every gift helps provide critical support to Idaho cancer patients and families.
